Our platform integrates online ordering, payments, last-mile delivery, and AI-powered eCommerce experiences across web, mobile, and conversational channels. We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with Agentic AI experience who can understand and learn the core architecture, ship production-grade systems, and be part of a growing engineering team. FRESHERS WELCOME TO APPLY - NEED TO SHOW STRONG PERSONAL PROJECTS GITHUB AND HIGH LEETCODE/HACKERRANK SCORE Responsibilities Think clearly about the design, development, and scaling of our web and mobile platforms, learn from senior team members quickly Design and Build high-performance frontends using NextJS and NodeJS - minimum 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience, spanning at least 5 projects Design and implement scalable backend services using NodeJS and Python. Android and iOS app development Build and maintain RESTful APIs Drive Agentic workflow + LLM integrations (OpenAI, Gemini) into production workflows Own database design and optimization (Postgres, SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch) Set up and maintain DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, testing, and deployment strategies Establish engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, observability) Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders Hire, mentor, and lead engineers using Agile / Scrum principles Act as a hands-on technical leader while contributing code daily Required Skills & Experience 1-2+ years of professional experience in full-stack web and mobile development Atleast 2+ live production projects (startup or enterprise) Strong hands-on expertise in: Frontend (ReactJS, NextJS), Backend (NodeJS, Python) Experience building and scaling REST APIs Proven experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini or similar) Strong knowledge of SQL/Postgres and NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, etc.) Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure/GCP) Note: This single posting is internally contradictory at three different experience levels. It opens with "FRESHERS WELCOME TO APPLY" (while also demanding a high LeetCode/HackerRank score and strong GitHub projects); one responsibility line requires "minimum 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience, spanning at least 5 projects" for the frontend work; the "Required Skills & Experience" section instead asks for "1-2+ years of professional experience" (matching the advertised 0-2 year band); and yet another responsibility asks the candidate to "Hire, mentor, and lead engineers" and "Act as a hands-on technical leader" - duties well beyond a "Junior" role at any of those experience levels.
