As a Part-Time Event Executive, you will represent Orchids The International School at malls, exhibitions, residential communities and other promotional events, ensuring seamless execution while creating engaging experiences for children and parents. Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned event venues as per the schedule. Ensure the complete event setup is ready before the event begins. Execute on-ground promotional and engagement activities. Conduct and manage fun activities for children, ensuring an enjoyable experience. Interact confidently with parents and introduce them to Orchids The International School, its curriculum and key offerings. Generate interest and encourage parents to visit the nearest Orchids campus. Note: A genuine, well-matched weekend gig-marketing role for a K-12 school chain, correctly classified as "Part-Time" employment (unlike the ConnectFor "Volunteer" listing above, whose Employment Type field was self-contradictory). Its one clear structural defect is a location mismatch: the JD's own header lists six cities ("Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune | Mumbai | Gurgaon | Chennai"), while the page's structured Location field shows only three ("Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram") -- roughly half the JD-stated locations are missing from the structured field. The Education field also carries the recurring "read more" UI-button-label leak documented on other listings in this project. An identical sibling posting, "Part Time Events Executive," was found in this same search under the remaining three cities (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru), splitting the same six-city rollout across two separate job IDs.
