Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or relevant experience. 0-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques. Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools. Understanding of data integration and migration principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Nice to Have Experience with SQL or other query languages. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
