Requirements: • Strong understanding of end-to-end application functionality, APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Experience managing Agile delivery across multiple workstreams and distributed onshore/offshore teams • Strong experience with sprint and PI-level delivery tracking including capacity, velocity, burndown, risks, and dependencies • Ability to identify and drive resolution of cross-team dependencies, blockers, technical debt, and delivery risks • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills with experience communicating delivery status, risks, and technical trade-offs to senior leadership • Experience with resource and capacity planning across multi-vendor / contractor / FTE teams • Strong understanding of Scrum, Scrumban, SAFe, and hybrid Agile delivery models • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; experience with delivery dashboards / AI-driven reporting tools preferred • CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred • Experience in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services technology programs strongly preferred • Strong communication, ownership, servant leadership, adaptability, and customer-first mindset Note: The description opens with an unedited recruiter message ("Hi, PFB Job description and kindly connect... share your CV on sairam.m.naik@pwc.com") rather than a standalone job description, and the "About company" field again contains only a leftover recruiter sign-off ("Thanks & Regards, PwC - Bangalore Acceleration Center") instead of real company text — the same pattern seen repeatedly on PwC listings in other recent batches.
