Developing an Agile Culture: Guide the team and organization on using scrum and other Agile practices. Educational Qualifications: A relevant business degree and scrum certification would be a plus. Key Skills: Deep understanding of agile techniques (e.g., User Stories, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Experience in the financial services domain would be a plus. Experience Required: 8 years of experience in Agile Development preferred. At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scrum methodology as a Scrum Master. At least 3 successfully delivered technical projects with experience in software development and/or project management.
