Role: Back End Developer | Department: Engineering - Software & QA | Industry: IT Services & Consulting | Education: UG: Any Graduate; PG: Any Postgraduate Job description Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering Service Line: Information Systems Responsibilities: • Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs (GPT, Llama, etc.) • Build and optimize prompt engineering frameworks and AI pipelines • Develop AI-powered applications using Python, LangChain, and relevant frameworks • Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs • Fine-tune and deploy models across cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) • Ensure scalability, performance, and responsible AI practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery Additional Responsibilities: • Experience: 12-15 Years • Relevant Experience: 3+ Years in GenAI/AI/ML • Location: Bangalore Technical and Professional Requirements: • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in GenAI/AI/ML • Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP, deep learning concepts • Expertise in Python, AI frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) • Experience with LangChain, vector databases, RAG architectures • Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure OpenAI preferred) • Experience in API integrations and microservices architecture • Experience with fine-tuning models and embeddings • Exposure to MLOps tools and deployment pipelines • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Skills: • Technology -> AI-Traditional AI -> NLP-Speech Analytics • Technology -> AI-Data science -> Machine Learning • Technology -> AI-Generative AI -> Conversational AI Platform • Technology -> AI-Generative AI -> Generative AI - Basic • Technology -> AI-Generative AI -> Generative AI for Data Analytics • Technology -> AI-Generative AI -> Prompt Engineering Note: Internal experience-band mismatch - the posting's header states "12-15 years" overall experience, while the body specifies "Relevant Experience: 3+ Years in GenAI/AI/ML" and "3-4 years of hands-on experience," a 3-4x gap between total career experience and the actually-relevant skill experience.
