Recruitment Fraud Alert: We have become aware of an increase in fraudulent recruitment activities in which individuals impersonate our company or authorized recruitment agencies to offer fake employment opportunities via false websites, emails, social media, or chat-based applications, often to obtain personal information or money. HPE and its authorized recruitment agencies/vendors will never charge a candidate a registration or hiring fee, and will never request bank account details, Social Security numbers, or national IDs via social media or chat applications. Disclaimer: This job description has been sourced from a public domain and may have been modified by Naukri.com to improve clarity for our users. We encourage job seekers to verify all details directly with the employer via their official channels before applying. Note: The clearest experience-band extraction error found in this batch. Naukri advertises this listing under "2-4 years," but the body states plainly: "Typically 12 or more years of related work experience, including 2-4 years of people management experience" -- meaning the "2-4 years" figure Naukri surfaced is a sub-clause about people-management tenure specifically, not the actual required experience, which is 12+ years overall. This is corroborated throughout the body: the role "Typically reports to MG2 or Director," "Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 8 and 15 direct reports," and requires "Advanced" business acumen and "Strong leadership skills" -- all senior-manager language incompatible with a genuinely junior 2-4 year hire. This appears to be a real, legitimately-sourced HPE posting (carrying the standard "sourced from a public domain" disclaimer and HPE's own recruitment-fraud notice), so the fault lies with the displayed experience band rather than the employer.
